** R&D Manufacturing Systems Specialist
** to drive innovation at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing. This role will lead to the development of automated wiring harness processes while improving overall product manufacturability and efficiency.

* What You’ll Do:
*** Develop automated wiring harness processes from design to production
* Translate AutoCAD Electrical schematics into manufacturing-ready data
* Integrate electrical and mechanical designs (Solid Works)
* Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support product launches, prototype builds, and production optimization
* Collaborate across R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams

* What We’re Looking For:
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
* 5–7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical programs
* Experience with DFM/DFA and process improvement
* Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, Solid Works, or similar tools
* Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
