K seeks an Airworthiness Support Engineer to perform activities associated with system safety requirements, planning, integration, design review, airworthiness assessment, and technical risk management for mutli-domain systems, and recommend solutions.
The Subject Matter Expert will be also responsible for the following tasks:
- Development and management of system hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
- Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues
- Consult with client to define need or problem
- Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice
- Performs activities associated with system safety requirements, planning, integration, design review, airworthiness assessment, and technical risk management for mutli-domain systems, and recommend solutions
