Electrical Test Systems Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance before reaching customers. As an Electrical Test Systems Engineer, you will own and continuously improve the electrical test systems, develop new testing capabilities, evaluate automation opportunities, execute testing when required and support future capital investment planning and capital project execution for test related projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams, customers, test lab leadership, test technicians and technical experts to solve complex challenges and enhance operational and test system performance.

In this role, you'll play a key part in improving test system and product reliability, advancing manufacturing excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirements

Execute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards

Analyze test data, document results, and prepare detailed reports

Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO)

Maintain and manage test equipment, including calibration and proper usage

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performance

Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturing

Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, ISO)

Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results

Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysis

Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
