Rygor Heathrow are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to support their growing team and deliver exceptional service to their valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer care who has a strong understanding of parts operations and brings a commercial mindset to maximise stock control and sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the parts department, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Day to day responsibilities
  • Greeting parts customers on site, making them feel welcome and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair
  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their parts needs
  • Stock checking, warehouse keeping, etc
  • Tracking and booking in all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership
  • Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock and thinking outside the box to ensure we keep customer vehicles on the road
  • Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
  • Refer to the parts manual to identify the right part for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced
What we’re looking for
  • You have previous working experience as a Parts Advisor or in a parts position within the automotive industry and have strong parts knowledge.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Have exceptional communication skills and love delivering brilliant customer service.
  • Retail counter and phone experience desirable.
  • You are computer literate and confident using technology.
  • Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.

Hours

42.5 hours - Mon-Friday. Rotating shifts: 6 am‑3 pm / 11 am‑8 pm / 8 am‑5 pm
