William & Mary Washington Center in Mt. Vernon Triangle, Washington, D.C. seeks an Event Coordinator to oversee and support academic, student, and community activities. The role reports to the Senior Event Coordinator with oversight from the Finance and Operations Manager.
You will lead recurring events, manage room bookings for partner groups, ensure spaces are ready, and assist with the master calendar, RSVP tracking, and signature events. Flexible evenings and some weekends are required.
