Mortgage Loan Shipper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Shipper to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Post Closing department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping of mortgage loan files while maintaining strong communication with various departments and investors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing business and work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

· Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor guidelines.

· Organize and stack loan documents in the correct order for shipping to investors.

· Upload mandatory and best-effort loans to the appropriate investor.

· Ensure accurate payment of MI for FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

· Update loan information in FHA Connection and manage all FHA loans.

· Pull UCDs for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on all conventional loans.

· Address outstanding conditions promptly by uploading them as required.

· Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

· Complete required forms and checklists for investors within established deadlines.

· Notify the appropriate team members or departments of any deficiencies in loan files and respond to requests for missing documentation.

· Prior shipping experience is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Ability to manage and protect confidential information.

· A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
