Program Manager

Lead cross-functional banking programs focused on finance, risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives. Drive delivery of complex programs in a highly regulated environment, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives.

• Manage end-to-end banking programs (finance transformation, regulatory, risk, or reporting).
• Coordinate across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Own program plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
• Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and change management.

• 8+ years of program/project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking finance, regulatory reporting, and risk frameworks.
• PMP / PgMP or finance certifications preferred

• Total years of Program/Project Management experience in Banking or Financial Services?
• Primary domain expertise (Finance Transformation / Regulatory / Risk / Lending / Core Banking)?
• Experience leading large, cross-functional banking programs (Yes/No, brief example)?
