The TRG Growth Practice has partnered with a fast-growing, high-impact Private Equity firm based in Virginia that’s looking for a Fund Controller / Accounting Manager to join their team in a high-visibility role within their flagship fund.

What You’ll Do- Oversee fund accounting
, financial reporting
, and investor reporting - Partner directly with the CFO to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives
- Lead projects that enhance financial operations, data accuracy, and performance insights across the operating portfolio
- Play a key role in supporting fund audits, valuations, and compliance
- Proven experience in Fund Accounting
, Public Accounting
, Management Consulting
, or Audit. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical accounting background and financial acumen
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive key organizational initiatives
