Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
Schedule: Full Time Weekdays, Salaried Exempt.
Location: This is an in-person position with opportunities for occasional hybrid schedule.

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and analysts to provide insights that drive strategic decision‑making, improve performance, and ensure the responsible stewardship of resources.
Reports to:
Chief Financial Officer
A Financial Analyst who excels in this role:
- Prepares general ledger entries in conjunction with monthly closing processes and reconciles general ledger accounts.
- Develops analytical/departmental reports as requested. Assisted with the development and administration of the organization’s annual budget.
- Serves as an interdepartmental liaison. Works with internal and external auditors to prepare for and facilitate audits.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of related experience is required.
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
