This Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 or 3 at Dulles, VA supports missions critical to national and global security by preparing budgets, schedules, and financial analyses, ensuring adequate funding, and maintaining accurate expenditure records.

• Set up cost control systems and monitor contract costs and schedules.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, including fact‑finding and negotiation support.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to keep contracts within negotiated parameters and government cost‑control guidelines.
• Execute Earned Value Metric tasks, including WBS development, budget baseline, cost‑risk analysis and visibility reports, and estimate analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Top‑Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

• Experience with FAR/DFAR.
• Experience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera, or SAP.

Primary Level salary range: $75,800.00 – $. Secondary Level salary range: $94,200.00 – $.
