The Cash Supervisor oversees daily Treasury cash operations, ensuring the accurate collection, balancing, safeguarding, and transfer of funds. This position supervises cashiering staff, ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, resolves complex customer issues, and supports efficient Treasury operations through training, reporting, and process improvements.

• Supervise daily cash operations and ensure accurate processing and secure handling of funds.
• Review transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support staff to maintain efficient operations and quality customer service.
• Resolve complex customer and payment issues.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare reports and communicate operational information to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to improve Treasury operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of cashiering, Treasury operations, financial controls, and payment processing.
• Ability to supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and complex customer issues.
• Knowledge of billing, tax, and payment regulations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cashiering or financial systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak workloads.

• Experience in cashiering, Treasury operations, or a related financial field, including experience leading or supervising staff.
• Experience resolving discrepancies and applying financial, billing, tax, or payment regulations.
• Experience preparing reports

The expected hiring range will be at the lower end of the listed pay scale.

Four (4) year degree in accounting, business management, or a related field preferred, and two (2) years of related work experience, including one (1) in a supervisory capacity; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
