We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Sr.

- Corporate in Vienna, Virginia. The job function revolves around coordinating tax strategies, compliance, and auditing in a corporate setting. This role is an integral part of our team, and your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with external tax preparers, monitoring tax laws and regulations, and supporting financial forecasting efforts.

• Coordinate with external tax preparers for the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns and related schedules
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s effective tax rate
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and assessing potential impact
• Prepare tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures
• Operate as the main point of contact for tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support tax planning and financial forecasting efforts
• Support monthly and year-end close processes
• Assist with external and internal audit requests and inquiries
• Support the implementation and testing of internal controls, and propose remediation of identified issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of tax operations.

• Proficiency in using CCH Pro System Fx
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Quick Books
• Familiarity with SAP S/4

• Ability to handle Annual Income Tax Provision
• Experience in managing Annual Tax
• Knowledge in handling Annual Tax Provision
• Experience in Compliance Audit
• Understanding of Corporate Income Tax
