We are seeking an Analyst, Consent Management to join the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Asset Management team. The Analyst manages a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application through consent closeout by coordinating documentation, reviewing borrower submissions, supporting Asset Managers, and ensuring compliance with loan documents, investor requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

* Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Manage a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application through consent closeout.
* Review consent requests for completeness and identify outstanding documentation.
* Coordinate documentation with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
* Review borrower submissions and perform preliminary analysis of supporting documentation.
* Prepare consent packages for Asset Manager and investor review.
* Maintain transaction checklists, electronic files, and internal tracking systems.
* Provide timely status updates to customers and internal team members.
* Coordinate third-party vendors, including appraisers, engineers, and other consultants, as needed.
* Monitor transaction timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and investor requirements.
* Assist with process improvements and perform other duties as assigned.
** Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred, or one (1) or more years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, loan servicing, or a related industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
* Familiarity with Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac multifamily lending or servicing is a plus.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to learn and apply loan documents, investor guidelines, and internal procedures.
