# Loan Production Coordinator## Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Loan Production Coordinator to support our mortgage loan officers and production team. This role plays a crucial part in streamlining the loan process by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring compliance with mortgage industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage lending, excellent attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Assist loan officers in collecting and reviewing loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate communication between loan officers, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
* Track loan files and maintain pipeline reports to ensure timely processing and closings.
* Prepare and review loan applications before submission to underwriting, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and mortgage industry regulations.
* Generate and distribute reports related to loan production metrics and pipeline status.
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and assisting with loan-related requests.

* Experience:

1+ years of experience in mortgage lending, loan coordination, processing, or a related role.
* Knowledge:
Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.
* Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Encompass and Microsoft Office.
* Communication:
