Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a TS‑SCI clearance to support the Joint Program Office (JPO) Support Services in support of the Director Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E)/ Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program.
Salary range: $110K-$125K on-site at JPO Office in Suffolk, VA
Responsibilities- Applying the DOD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), Joint Travel Regulations, DOD Foreign Clearance Guide, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), military funding documents (MIPRs, PR&Cs), and Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Managing and tracking Government and civilian travel; executing military interdepartmental purchase requests (MIPR), and contractual purchase requests (PR&C), and processing Government equipment purchase requests.
- Using the basic principles of Government financial management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Financial Data Analysis Expertise.
- Experience supporting Budget Process and POM Development.
- Experience preparing financial reports and executive‑level briefings.
- Knowledge of DOD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), Joint Travel Regulations, DOD Foreign Clearance Guide, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), military funding documents (MIPRs, PR&Cs), and Defense Travel System (DTS).
- DAI user experience – A BIG PLUS.
- Experience managing and tracking Government and civilian travel.
- Experience supporting military interdepartmental purchase requests (MIPR), contractual purchase requests (PR&C), and processing Government equipment purchase requests.
- Familiarity with government and military testing terminology is desired.
- Must be an expert in MS Word, familiar with MS Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other related field.
