Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in training and exercise support, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders for training events, including developing a training curriculum, maintaining training records, managing course information, and attendance rosters.
Responsibilities- Develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
- Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
- Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products
- Develops and maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
- Other duties as assigned
Team Lead. You must meet the minimum requirements:
- 5 years experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards
- Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
Mission Trainer. You must meet the minimum requirements:
- At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
- 5 years experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience
- Experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards
- Experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
- Master’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
- Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
- Experience with in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
