Phlebotomist

The Patient Services Representative III – Floater (PSR III) provides high-quality patient care by performing safe, accurate blood collection and specimen processing in accordance with established procedures. This role serves as the face of the company, creating a professional and trustworthy patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy. The PSR III may work across multiple locations, including patient service centers and physician offices, based on business needs.

• Perform clinical and forensic blood collections and specimen processing
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
• Demonstrate strong customer service and leadership behaviors
• Support operations across multiple sites as needed

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, travel)
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer focus
• Reliable transportation and ability to cover multiple locations

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary)
• At least 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service and data entry experience preferred
