- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading clinical and population health reporting and analyses
- Minimum 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software
- Minimum 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing analytical consultation to stakeholders
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
- Experience developing analytic applications or dashboards for self-service analytics
- Proven ability to refine and prioritize analytic questions with stakeholders
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and regulatory issues
