Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled in-home therapy services throughout Fredericksburg and surrounding counties.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT
• Implement established treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving daily living skills and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Communicate patient progress to supervising OT and care team

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)
• EMR experience (Well Sky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
  
  Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
