• Previous experience in behavioral health or long-term care preferred
• Current BLS certification

• Administer medications or delegate to qualified UAPs (CMA, RMA, med aide, med tech)
• Conduct physical health assessments and screenings; obtain samples as needed
• Communicate with MD/NP/PA for medical orders
• Provide individual, group, and family education on medications and health processes
• Document care and support activities in the EHR
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support
• Maintain patient confidentiality and caution staff on potential breaches
• Provide crisis intervention consultation to team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
