Clinical Psychologist Opportunity with the U.S. Navy – Where Purpose Meets Impact

Join the U.S. Navy as a Clinical Psychologist and provide critical mental health support to Sailors, Marines, and their families, playing an essential role in their psychological resilience, trauma recovery, and operational readiness.

Starting Annual Compensation: $124,000 – $166,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide life-changing mental health care to our nation’s heroes and their families
  • Strengthen psychological resilience, promote recovery, and support operational readiness

Position Highlights:

  • Up to $65,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $5,000 Incentive Pay + $8,000 Board Certification Pay
  • 12 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave + Unlimited Sick Leave

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • PsyD or PhD from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist
