• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults, 15 hours or more per week.
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by AI‑powered scribe).
• Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate, age‑appropriate approach.
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices.

• Contract, part‑time, or full‑time availability (at least 15 hours per week).
• PSYPACT authorization (APIT) to practice across participating states.
• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.
  
  D. or Ph.D.).
• Strong preference for experience working with older adults.
• Proficient in EHR and delivering therapy via telehealth.
