Seeking a licensed or license-eligible Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or resident/supervisee) for a full‑time role in New Kent, VA, working with children and adolescents aged 2‑22 with co‑occurring medical and behavioral challenges.
- Provide therapeutic treatment, behavior modification, and stress management services tailored to individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with clients and families.
- Monitor progress, document behavior patterns, and adjust therapy as needed.
- Work Monday through Friday, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services.
Master's in Human Services field, Virginia license or license‑eligible, experience with children with developmental disabilities or medical issues, and completion of crisis intervention training.
