At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.

Your Role in Our MissionAs Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

- Minimum education levels with BH experience:
- BT II:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or QMHP (trainee), or - The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
- BT II:
- Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
