What You’ll Do- Lead Medication Safety:
Prepare, dispense, and manage medications to ensure every patient receives the right therapy at the right time. - Be the Expert:
Provide drug therapy consultations and guide healthcare teams in optimizing treatment plans. - Collaborate for Impact:

Minimum Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Pharm. D Degree required. - Experience:
PGY-1 residency required or equivalent hospital experience (3 years). PGY-2 residency preferred for specialty areas. - Licensure/
Certifications:
Commonwealth of Virginia State Board of Pharmacy license required. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider. BLS certification required.
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; repetitive motion: typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull
