Are you passionate about the patient experience? Do you have medical billing and customer service skills you are looking to put to use? Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy is looking for a Patient Accounts Representative to work on patient accounts and assist patients with questions regarding their statements and balances.

For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA and Statesboro. With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best.

Duties (summary):
What does a day look like for a Patient Accounts Representative?

  • Talk with patients in the office or on the phone regarding their outstanding balance.
  • Assist the Front Desk Receptionists with insurance questions.
  • Calculate surgery deposits and discuss with patients prior to the surgery.

Our Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented and organized professional who excels in data entry, has a keen ability to focus on fine details, and communicates effectively with healthcare professionals and patients. Communicates comfortably and effectively with patients and other employees.

Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience; prior experience with patient accounts preferred. Knowledge of medical insurance and ability to read and interpret EOBs.
