Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage clients meaningfully
• Support with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor client health and report changes promptly
• Administer medications according to care plans
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Follow agency guidelines and care protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• CNA certification highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass background check and drug screening
