• Chiefly a companion, engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Handle medication management: reminders and ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and essential outings.
• Monitor health: observe changes and report to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Maintain accurate care records and note significant changes in client condition.

• 1 year of CNA/NA/PCA experience preferred.
• Willing to accept new PCAs/CNAs and provide in‑home care training.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may drive clients in own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Willing to work in homes with pets (cats and/or dogs).
• Passionate about helping others.
• Enjoys customer service and communication with clients.
• Desire to help community and make a difference in someone’s life.

• Engage in fun, engaging conversations to build relationships.
• Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies (scrap booking, gardening, games, etc.).
• Prep meals for clients to enjoy.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
• Report completed activities and provide status updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
