Sentara Internal Medicine Physicians in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient care team. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a hybrid work option after training and caseload is established.
The LCSW will provide clinical services, patient education, and referrals within a multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate has an MSW, an LCSW license, and at least 2 years of social work experience, with strong crisis intervention and family counseling
