Virginia Physicians for Women (VPFW) is seeking an Advice Line Medical Assistant to join our Koger Center Blvd Midlothian office. This full-time role triages patient calls, guides care, and coordinates same-day appointments with empathy and accuracy.
The position uses Klara secure messaging to respond to patient inquiries, schedule urgent needs, process refills, and liaise between patients and physicians. A CCMA certification or OB/GYN experience is preferred.
