As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with daily living needs while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
• Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care
• Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to a licensed nurse
• Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change‑of‑condition reports
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding)
• Support self‑administration of medications as directed
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe immediate living environment (bedroom and bathroom)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience working with elderly individuals in a residential, long‑term care, or home health setting preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑centered mindset
• Strong communication and observation skills
