• We provide comprehensive medical, behavioral and educational services to patients ages 2 to 22.
• We have med-surge hospital licensure plus a residential medical campus to serve our unique patients’ needs and requirements.
• Our integrated behavioral health treatment approach, which includes the entire mind and body, focuses on the holistic whole person, including therapy animals that provide daily interaction with our patients (rabbits, dogs, and goats).
• Our medical team is NOT contracted; they are staff members. We have a triple-boarded Medical Director in pediatrics, psychiatry and child psychiatry, a Pediatric Doctor, and two Nurse Practitioners.
• Our cohesive multidisciplinary teams—including medical staff, nurses, dietitians, case managers, therapists, and behavioral health counselors—use creative treatment approaches to guide our patients to live more independently and productively. We even have a year-round accredited school system for our patients.

Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is a unique acute care, inpatient specialty hospital with 110 licensed beds, including Med Surg. and a Residential Treatment Center; staffed by the finest physicians and treatment teams. We treat patients, ages 2-22 who have chronic illnesses, brain injuries, and neurobehavioral disorders with co-behavioral issues.
