Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is actively seeking qualified mental health professionals (QMHPs and QMHP Trainees) who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. Qualifications- Must be QMHP or QMHP T certified or eligible under Virginia DBHDS guidelines
- Minimum of one year of mental health experience (community-based)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Self-motivated and committed to client success
- Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs
- Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
- Serve children, adolescents, and adults in the community
- Complete documentation within 24 hours
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Participate in weekly supervision and team support
