Front-line patient and provider support — orders, status, and a high-quality service experience for a cash-pay pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Handle patient and provider inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Assist with orders, status, refills, and account questions
- Coordinate with pharmacy and fulfillment teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records in the order/CRM systems
- Uphold patient privacy (HIPAA) standards
- Minimum 1+ year of customer support experience required (healthcare/pharmacy preferred)
- Comfort with CRM/help-desk and order systems
- Working awareness of HIPAA requirements
- Pharmacy or healthcare experience
