Job SummaryWe're seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. As a BCBA at Kids Club ABA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
