As a patient care liaison / staff scheduler you will help to ensure our residents receive the best quality of care and offer support to our Admissions Director and nursing management.

** Patient Liaison/Scheduler

Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Implement Customer Service Program
* Act as an internal liaison & customer service resource for family members, residents, and visitors
* Schedule resident transports if needed
* Respond to calls in a timely manner
* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Computer knowledge & data entry skills
* Previous staff scheduling experience preferred
