Position SummaryAs an RBT on our team, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, communities, or schools to implement individualized treatment plans and help them achieve meaningful goals. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collect data, provide feedback, and support clients in achieving their objectives.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass Virginia background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
