We are a fast-paced, patient-centered spine surgery practice committed to delivering exceptional care and service. Our team specializes in orthopedic and spine care and works closely with patients, providers, and referral sources to ensure a seamless experience from check-in through follow-up.

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish)
Front Desk Medical Receptionist who thrives in a high-volume environment. This role is critical to creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation
• Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
• Collect copays, balances, and maintain accurate payment records
• Ensure all intake forms and authorizations are completed prior to visits
• Coordinate with clinical staff, providers, and billing department
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Manage high patient volume while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Minimum 2+ years front desk experience in a medical office (required)
• Experience in orthopedic, spine, or surgical practice (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration workflows
• Experience with EMR systems (Modmed preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish)
