Offer first-aid treatment for musculoskeletal complaints (e.g., ice, heat, and non-rigid bracing).
Educate employees on injury prevention, health protocols, and wellness practices.
Ergonomics and Injury Prevention:Conduct comprehensive ergonomic job risk analyses (task analysis, posture analysis, risk factor identification).
Work with employees to design creative, empowering solutions for ergonomic challenges.
Program Development and Implementation:Create and implement wellness programs and initiatives, such as tabling events, lunch and learns , and employee challenges.
Lead quarterly wellness challenges focused on specific health initiatives (e.g., fitness, nutrition , mental health).
Implement programs designed by the Health and Wellness Team.
Communication and Reporting:Regularly communicate with operations and/or safety personnel regarding wellness activities and injury prevention.
Contribute to and/or a uthor and distribute communication materials to promote wellness initiatives.
Case Management and Advocacy:Provide wellness education within scope for non-occupational injuries and act as a patient advocate.
Effectively manage on-site resolution for all cases falling under scope of care.
Mental Health Support:Provide mental health first aid and intervene in wellness-related mental health situations as needed.
Safety and Compliance:Ensure that administrative tasks (forms, reports, inventory) are completed in a timely manner .
Public Speaking and Engagement:Lead daily stretch and flex sessions for employees.
Use public speaking and interpersonal skills to engage with employees on wellness topics and initiatives.
Inventory Management:Maintain and manage the inventory of wellness supplies for the clinic and first-aid kits.
Communicate suppl y needs to the Area Manager in a timely manner to ensure all equipment and materials are available when needed.
Other d uties as assigned
When employee is rotated home between assignments, ATS may ask employee to perform or assist in other administrative duties to support the organization. Collaboration and appropriate training will be provided for any of these ancillary duties

Each client we work with may differ slightly in their requests regarding programs such as Wellness and Ergonomics. It is ATS' best practice to ensure you understand what your client would like to see in this regard and coordinate with your management team accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:Internal applicants:
Minimum of 1 years of emergency response experience AND a minimum of 1 year with ATS .
External applicants:
Minimum of 2 years of emergency response experience WITH a minimum of 1 year of industrial experience.
Current EMT-B or above certification (National Registry, or state-specific)
Minimum one (1) year 911 experience
Independent and satisfactory documentation / reporting free of errors
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
Willing to travel to various client locations consistently with one week break every 90 calendar days
Knowledge of OSHA Recordability and worker's compensation a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and
e mployees
Previous ergonomic and/or occupational health experience is a plus
