We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Aides to serve clients across Loudoun County. In this role, you’ll help promote independence, dignity, and comfort—while growing professionally in a team that truly values your contributions.
What You’ll DoAs a valued member of our care team, you will:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Support meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, organizing, tidying)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Administer medications as directed
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Follow all agency policies and care protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Caregiving or home care experience preferred
- CNA certification is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to assist with mobility and transfers safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
