As a Pool Attendant at Salamander Middleburg Resort, you will be an integral part of creating a tranquil and sophisticated atmosphere at our newly renovated pool. Your role will include maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a luxurious experience.

  Experience:
  
  Provide personalized, attentive service by anticipating guest needs and creating an unparalleled poolside experience.
• Pool Safety & Supervision:
  Monitor pool activities, enforce safety regulations, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Immaculate Facility Maintenance:
  Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the pool deck, lounge areas, cabanas, and restrooms, in line with our five‑star standards.
• Towel & Equipment Service:
  Offer plush towels, manage the towel station, and maintain poolside furniture to ensure everything is pristine and well‑organized.
• Emergency Assistance:
  Work alongside lifeguards and management to respond promptly and professionally in emergency situations.
• Luxury Poolside Dining & Beverage Support:
  Assist with food and beverage orders, ensuring an elevated poolside experience for our guests.
• Exclusive Event & Activity Support:
  Help organize and support luxury poolside events, private cabana bookings, and specialized recreational activities.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with various departments, including lifeguards, concierge, and food & beverage teams, to deliver an exceptional level of service.

• Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high‑end hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of pool safety and etiquette; lifeguard certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering top‑notch guest service.
• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Work in a high‑end, fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting for extended periods.

Must maintain a well‑groomed, professional appearance at all times.
