Job Summary

This position requires working at Woodstone Recreation Center and Real Escapes. Good communication and customer service skills are necessary for this position. Attendants have a variety of responsibilities such as being the game master for escape rooms, assisting with VR, outdoor games (summer), teen night (summer), archery and registering guests for different recreational activities. Another important aspect of the position is greeting resort guests, providing accurate information about the resort, and surrounding area.

Required

Must be 16 or older

Days:

Varies – includes weekends and holiday shifts

Hours:

Rotating hours: day and evening shifts

Core Responsibilities

• Greet resort guests and ensure that they possess a valid Massanutten
• Process registrations for various recreational programs
• Assist with recreational activities such as summer games, archery, and Teen Night
• Assist with Escape Room and VR operations
• Process monetary transactions
• Troubleshoot Escape Room, VR and Arcade issues
• Other duties as assigned by Management
