The Embassy Suites by Hilton is looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent to join our team at Crystal City National Airport. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding guest service and promote financial profitability.
Shift PatternThe candidates must be available for AM and PM shifts as needed, any day of the week, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, final offer based on experience.

- Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, room rates, selection of rooms, and ensuring guests know location.
- Assist guests with check‑out, ensuring accurate accounting, using point‑of‑sale system, handling money, processing credit/debit cards, accepting various payment forms, converting foreign currencies, and processing gift certificates.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area, and answer guest questions.
- Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolving issues timely, friendly, and efficiently.
- Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for satisfaction.
- Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
