SMI Hotel Group is seeking an upbeat Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role requires availability for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and a commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.
You will handle check-ins and check-outs, provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities, process cash and card transactions, and resolve guest issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
