Concierge - PRN (11pm-7am

Concierge at Aspire at West End Community

• Manage the reception desk continuously during the assigned period and perform administrative duties.
• Respond to residents’ family members’ questions and concerns and share important information with the Executive Director or Business Office Director as appropriate.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional manner.
• Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person.
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual training, in‑services, and team‑member meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Director.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of the organization.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, and be willing to handle residents based on the maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
• Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements.
