Front Desk/Receptionist

As a Concierge, you create the first impression of Sunrise—welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized community experience.
What You’ll Do:- Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages
- Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries
- Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials
- Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area
- Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry
- Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters
- Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures
- Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks
You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise’s hospitality and service standards.

Pay Range:15.00 - 18.80

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
