Job Description

A Primland Activity Guide must embody the ENRICH values and create a warm and inviting environment for our guests.

Qualifications

Must have vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of property and resort offerings
Broad range of knowledge and work experience in different outdoor activities including hunting,

Fishing, equestrian, RTV trail riding and clay shooting

Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, instruction
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to perform job with minimum supervision

To be considered for this position you must be able to:

Able to work flexible shifts

Willing and able to work different department based on business needs

Willing to work extended periods of 6 days a week if needed

Willing to stay late to cover business needs

Able to work overtime based on business needs

Able to work holidays and weekends

Have no restrictions on schedule

Able to maintain an average of 40 hours a week for each quarter

There will be other functions and duties not outlined in the above job description that will be required to perform additional duties as assigned by their supervisor.
