About Crave Locally:
Crave Locally LLC is an agritourism discovery and booking platform helping travelers find, compare, and experience wineries, farms, breweries, lodging, and countryside destinations across Northern Virginia. Our platform combines detailed venue data, personalized discovery tools, curated itineraries, and bookable experiences to make local travel planning easier and more transparent. We develop offerings for individuals, couples, families, corporate retreats, and group events, while working directly with local businesses to showcase distinctive experiences and encourage multi-stop and overnight visitation.

Supported by a Loudoun County tourism grant, Crave Locally is currently onboarding more than 150 local venues and expanding its network of collaborators across research, partnerships, marketing, design, and technology.

We are now looking for a Venue Database, Partnerships & Booking Coordination Specialist to support this next stage of growth.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys a combination of research, tourism, relationship-building, customer service, and local business engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching, reviewing, and updating profiles for wineries, farms, lodging providers, and other tourism businesses
Conducting in-person venue visits to verify information and better understand the visitor experience
Communicating with wineries, lodging partners, concierge teams, and other tourism stakeholders
Supporting the development of itineraries, packages, and multi-stop visitor experiences
Coordinating booking requests and communicating with both customers and partners
Helping maintain accurate partner, venue, and booking information across Crave Locally’s systems

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with business owners, partners, and customers
Professional and responsive in both written and verbal communication
Able to manage multiple follow-ups and moving pieces
Interested in Loudoun County tourism, hospitality, wineries, farms, and local experiences

Compensation:

$20/hour

Travel:

Some local travel within Loudoun County required

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a growing local tourism platform while working directly with many of Loudoun County’s wineries, farms, lodging providers, and hospitality businesses.
