We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier financial advisors, client relationship managers, and other wealth management professionals who align with our firm’s commitment to excellence and client service. You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Your efforts will play a critical role in helping our firm grow by securing talent that drives long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for wealth advisory and client service positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, candidate screening, interviews, to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruiting tools, platforms, and networking opportunities to identify passive and active candidates.
- Represent the company professionally at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights and candidate recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within wealth advisory, financial services, or related professional services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Korean Speaking
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment searches simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of industry certifications such as CFP®, Series 7, or Series 66 is a plus.
