We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be aggressive, result‑driven, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires passion, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage the end‑to‑end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates via job portals, Linked In, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates based on technical requirements.
• Manage W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups.
• Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and databases.
• Collaborate with account managers to close positions efficiently.
• Meet daily and weekly submission and closure targets.
• Ensure documentation and compliance.

• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Proven experience working on US client requirements.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
• Proficiency with job portals and Linked In sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Target‑oriented and proactive recruitment approach.
• High commitment levels and strong work ethics.

• Experience recruiting for Virginia-based or East Coast clients.
• Experience using ATS tools.
